Re-piping
Replacing the supply lines that carry water through the walls and floors, when patching one more leak no longer makes sense.
- Call when: you have had more than one pinhole leak, water runs rusty or discolored, or pressure has dropped across the whole house.

Water heaters
Repair and replacement of the tank or unit that heats your water.
- Call when: there is no hot water, it runs out quickly, the tank rumbles or pops, or you see water pooling at the base.

Plumbing repairs
The fixtures and fittings you use every day: faucets, toilets, shut-off valves, and the visible and hidden pipe that feeds them.
- Call when: a faucet drips, a toilet keeps running, a valve will not close, or a water stain has shown up on a wall or ceiling.

Drain cleaning
Clearing sinks, tubs, showers and toilets that drain slowly or not at all. It is the job the company is named for.
- Call when: water backs up, a drain gurgles, a plunger has not worked, or the same drain keeps clogging.

Sump pumps
The pump in a basement or crawl space pit that moves water out before it floods. This also covers sewage ejector pumps that lift waste from a basement bathroom up to the sewer line.
- Call when: the pump runs constantly, never runs, makes grinding noise, or the pit is filling during rain.

Sewer lines
The main line that carries everything from the house out to the street.
- Call when: several drains back up at once, you smell sewage indoors or in the yard, or a patch of lawn stays soggy.
